Abstract

The community service program in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency, aims to improve the productivity and welfare of goat farmers through production management, marketing strategies, and financial governance. The main issues faced by the community include a lack of knowledge about making fermented feed, business management, livestock farming, and the use of simple technology. This program employed training, counseling, and mentoring methods to provide practical solutions.

The results showed significant improvements in farmers' skills, including fermented feed production, healthy pen design, and balanced feed management. The counseling also successfully enhanced knowledge about pen sanitation, disease control, and livestock reproduction management. Active community participation and collaboration with academics have made this program a model for local potential-based empowerment that can create sustainable economic opportunities.
