Pelatihan dan Pendampingan UMKM Tahu-Tempe Desa Sodong Manoga, Kecamatan Tiga Raksa – Kab. Tangerang
Abstract
Abstract — This community service activity was motivated by the low financial literacy among micro-enterprise actors producing tofu and tempeh in Sodong Manoga Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Most business owners had limited understanding of the importance of basic financial bookkeeping as part of sustainable business management. The objective of this activity was to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in managing microenterprise bookkeeping and to strengthen local entrepreneurial capacity. The methods used included education, simulation, and direct participatory mentoring. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results indicated an increase in awareness regarding financial records, production efficiency, and business sustainability orientation. Active community participation reflected the success of the educational approach implemented. In conclusion, this program successfully initiated a transformation toward more professional microenterprise management and can be replicated in other rural empowerment contexts.
